“Hello readers!” “Hello you 90’s child!”

Well, that wasn’t me but our dear Ed, Edd ‘n’ Eddy greeting you all in their own way. My dear audience I am writing to you about our favorite and the most loved 90’s epic cartoon series that were once considered as our only world. Cartoons, as the encyclopedia reads – Cartoon [Ital., cartone=paper], either of two types of drawings: in the fine arts, a preliminary sketch for a more complete work; in journalism, a humorous or satirical drawing. Here, we have nothing to do with this definition. Being a 90’s kid I believe cartoons were more than a preliminary sketch to us. They were our best friends, our superheroes, source of ultimate motivation. They had the ability to stop us from crying for going out with our mother, all we needed then, is a remote and switched on to our favorite channel. They made us all crazy, jumpy, and lively and whenever we did a mischief all we had to do is Tweeth! Tweeth! Like the little Sylvester from the “Baby Looney Tunes” did. We used to start our day from the “Baby Looney Tunes” followed by “Scooby-Doo” and ended it with “Courage the Cowardly Dog”. The major portion was spent in the important discussion on “Power Rangers” and “Pokémon” instead of completing that cricket match in the park. Later “Beyblade” followed the discussion and it grew more serious for a kid like us. There were times when our father witnessed us drooling over “Popeye the Sailor Man” and later he forced us to eat that bowl full of spinach. At night, “Tweety” helped us to complete all the missions. It’s saddening that in today’s scenario we all have our own mission to work and earn money. We don’t have time for the major happenings in life. We have lost the possibilities of realizing that there’s something we miss a lot.

We all think that life is not at all easy these days but those were the days when we were completely unaware of any of these hardships of life. We were free to what we perceive and imagine. Life was all sorted then and we had a complete chilled out way to deal with life that is – Cartoons.

Have you ever thought of going back to that 90’s era? Have you ever thought of going to a non-familiar space? What if that planet is named as “The 90’s Space”? May be, now you can give it a thought, reason being you miss that. Imagine for a moment that you are in a situation where you don’t know how to use an appliance then all you can do is say “oo Dexter! What does this button do?” Imagine what if you have a pet like “Courage the Cowardly Dog” your all nights will be the best and full of adventures. What if you own a house in the cheerful town of Happy Dales Heights like “The Addams’s Family”? Imagine you have your own world like “The Flintstones” had? Life would have been so simple if all our imaginations gone right. In today’s world where we fight for the empowerment of women what if our girls will become the real “Power Puff Girls”? Imagine if there is no complex system like “Matrimony” instead we all carry the guts to follow “Johnny Bravo’s” favorite pickup line – I’m pretty you’re pretty, wanna go home and stare to each other? What if we can fight with all the evils in the society like “Bugs Bunny” said – “What’s up doc? You can’t shoot a wabbit!” Imagine if we have guts to say “I hate Mondays” like our “Garfield” did. Wonder that we all are still “Granny’s” little child? There are hundreds of things we can learn from our 90’s world. There’s a bundle of memories to share and experience but all we need is to make our imaginations true. “The 90’s space” is surely what we need to rejoice and rekindle that lost love. Believe me, you need not to move to any other planet, you can make things beautiful here, around you and be happy.
